If you've been to Europe, especially along the coast of the Mediterranean,  you'll find that outdoor dining is more the norm than indoor dining.  Here in Media, especially on Wednesdays during Dining Under the Stars, that's also true but only one day out of the week.  This isn't because of the weather, it's not because of lack of popularity, and it's certainly not
