Thursday May 22, 2014 at 3:46pm, the Nether Providence Police responded
to the 700 block of Hemlock Road for a report of a suspicious person.
The resident arrived home to find a white male coming out from her
backyard. The subject stated he was talking to her dogs and asked if
she knew where the trolley
